The Harness the Power program is a 10 month DUAL certification program.  This program provides in-depth training in the specific techniques of EFT as well as comprehensive training in the specific strategies of integrating EFT within a research based coaching framework to facilitate the most empowered results for their clients.

Upon satisfying the criteria of the Harness the Power program, successful candidates are awarded both a NeftTI Certified EFT Practitioner certificate and a NeftTI Certified Emotional Success Coach certificate.  These certifications allow graduates to practice transformational coaching and therapeutic techniques in an ethical and structured way that ensures more successful outcomes for their clients.

Graduates of this 10 month program not only learn EFT techniques; they also learn how to most powerfully integrate those techniques into state-of-the-art transformational programming.

This means that NeftTI graduates become skillful at facilitating EFT strategies and how to develop programs that support their clients’ highest goals in the most effective, gentle, and lasting ways possible.

 No other EFT training or certification program places EFT into this overall transformational framework and no other coaching program includes the powerful strategies of EFT in their curriculum.  A match made in heaven!
Furthermore, NeftTI’s Harness the Power program incorporates outstanding mentoring, training, and peer-to-peer support, ensuring that its graduates become adept, confident, and creative at applying their EFT and coaching skills in a variety of situations.

The Harness program is open to anyone who meets the NeftTI criteria (determined through interview with the Executive Director – see below for an outline of those criteria).

While EFT offers a powerful set of techniques that effectively interrupt biological stress reactions, EFT is NOT, by itself, a therapeutic or a coaching framework

What makes NeftTI’s approach unique, and what sets NeftTI-certified practitioners apart from other EFT-trained practitioners, is that NeftTI-certified practitioners operate within a powerful therapeutic coaching framework which allows their clients to go beyond disrupting the stressors to changing the behaviours that led to the stressors in the first place.  This approach results in lasting and dramatic transformations in clients’ emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being.

NeftTI graduates are trained to dislodge, interrupt and clear a client’s stress reaction or emotional disturbance, but they don’t stop there.  NeftTI-certified practitioners take the next step and help their clients anchor their increased flow of energy and well-being into their experience of daily life by reinforcing the new neural pathways of empowerment that have been formed with new behaviours and thought patterns.

At NeftTI we call that ‘consciousness work’—discovering what change in behaviour can take place now that will reinforce the neural learning that the brain/body just established.  Since the brain learns through repetition and emotion, NeftTI-certified practitioners help their clients identify the specific behaviours that lead to the desired change and emotionally anchor the new experiences for lasting results.

So, while other EFT practitioners can clear an energetic disturbance, without the integration process that NeftTI practitioners use, their clients will most likely just re-establish the disturbance again by reverting to the same behaviours and thoughts that caused their initial suffering.

Most other EFT certification programs only teach students the ‘how-to’ of the EFT techniques.  And while these techniques may be helpful in the short term, at NeftTI, we know that true change requires time.

That’s why the Harness program is months long.  Our participants experience true change in their personal and professional lives.  Therefore they are able to offer true change to their own clients.

Because NeftTI practitioners are engaged in their own personal transformation throughout the program, not only do they know the ‘scientific theory’ of how to create transformation…they understand the process through personal experience.  This is a key distinction between NeftTI’s training and many other programs.  Our students apply the techniques and strategies they are learning in their own lives, ensuring that their own energy is being cleared (which allows them to serve their clients more powerfully) and, as a result they become enormously more capable of holding a non-judgmental space for their clients and their challenges.  Growing this capability to provide a loving space for their clients is at the heart of the NeftTI program.

Applicants for the Harness the Power program are assessed through an interview with the NeftTI Executive Director (or her delegate) via telephone/Skype/in person.  The following criteria are considered:

Completion of Discover the Power 3 day live training and the 6 week support program (or other equivalent EFT training)
Sufficient emotional stability to be able to engage fully and safely in the program
An ability and a willingness to commit the time and effort to be successful in the program
An understanding that this is a group as well as an individual program.
A willingness to contribute to the growth and well-being of fellow tribe members.
Ability to invest the financial cost of the program and the required resources (books).

NeftTi’s Conscious EFT™  Practitioner and the Emotional Success Coach certification renewals require that the practitioners attendance to the Yearly ENGAGE program to maintain certification.
