That’s because EFT is a unique kind of a modality. It bridges the divide between self help and therapy/coaching in a way that historical techniques don’t. It is a self help strategy used by people of all ages right in the moment to stop their fight/flight/freeze reaction.
As a result anxiety symptoms subside as the body moves out of stress mode into peace and calm. Physical symptoms subside, cravings disappear, in short, we feel better, think more clearly and perform more capably.
Where are you in your EFT journey?

Once you have learned the basic Bronze and Silver fundamentals, you can access literally millions of resources on the internet to continue your work at that level.
There are books, physical and digital, that are also readily available on every conceivable issue.

As with anything on the internet, the quality of the information varies greatly. Now, with EFT you’re not going to go wrong because there are no negative effects – so at worst you might be using up time.
One resource that I can highly recommend is TheTappingSolution.com. This website and its associated newsletter provides quality free resources and on-line paid programs – all at the Silver Standard.
The Ortner family, Nick, Jessica and Alex were early adopters of EFT about 10 years ago and have done a great deal to bring this modality to the internet world. I know them personally as people of integrity who ‘walk the walk’.
Going Beyond Bronze and Silver Standard EFT
Bronze and Silver are just the tip of the iceberg to discovering the power of EFT to transform your life. As Gary Craig, creator of EFT said, ‘We are on the ground floor of a healing high rise’. He continues to offer a $25,000 reward to anyone who can prove, through research, a more effective technique than GOLD Standard EFT. No winners yet.
So, although Bronze and Silver are great ways to get started, the downside is that often people stop there thinking that’s it, they’ve got it. They miss out on the phenomenal ability of GOLD Standard EFT to access and reprogram the subconscious parts of the brain. That’s where safe, substantial and sustainable change happens.
If the brain doesn’t change – there is no permanent change.
Changing the firing and wiring of the brain is not a simple task. And if you’re limiting yourself to rational conscious modalities – you’re most often forcing change – and doing damage.
Rewiring the brain doesn’t even happen much with BRONZE and SILVER Standard EFT.
It DOES happen at the GOLD Standard.
