From her first introduction to Conscious EFT™, Emily felt something shift — not just in her mindset, but in her entire way of being.
“Conscious EFT™ has completely transformed how I approach personal development, how I serve my clients, and how I show up in my business,” Emily shares.

This deep personal transformation is now rippling out into the lives of the women Emily supports. Her practice centres around helping women release the internalized pressure to prove their worth through constant productivity — a struggle she understands all too well.
