Through healing my own chapters and pain of anorexia, body image dysmorphia, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, orthorexia and trauma it became a natural journey for me to want to support women to be their most magnetic, confident and brilliant selves.
After years of working in the corporate world and health and fitness world, I pursued my dreams of starting my own practice to follow what my heart really wanted me to do and I couldn’t be happier or more fulfilled by the work that I am so fortunate to be able to do.
