What your stomach has to do with getting results with tapping

We now know that there are complex connections between the heart, stomach, and brain.

When it comes to how we respond to trauma, our stomach is at least as involved as our brain and the enteric nervous system responsible for regulating our gut is often called the body’s “second brain.”

All of this new knowledge means a greater understanding of how trauma impacts us and also how better to clear past trauma.

Gene Monterastelli and Jen Cincurak talk about how all of our organs work together when we are experiencing trauma and how we can use this information to help clear trauma with tapping.

This is essential listening if:
You want to be more effective when you are tapping
You are in a situation where you are sharing tapping with others
