Research Opportunity: Adult and ADHD

Candace Fox, NeftTi certified graduate and current Advanced EFT Practitioner candidate, is conducting a research study about the effects of Bronze tapping on adult ADHD symptoms.  This research is in partial satisfaction of criteria for her Advanced Practitioner certification.

Candace is asking for your help in identifying participants that satisfy the following inclusion criteria:

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Clinical diagnosis of Adult ADHD

  • Must be 18 years+

  • Not currently on any prescribed medications for ADHD or other

  • No change to diet or exercise regime prior to or during 8 weeks

  • Not currently diagnosed with or suffering from any other serious medical condition or illness

  • No change the rate or frequency accessing health care professionals

The research hypothesis is as follows:

  • The baseline of experienced ADHD symptoms by participants will improve significantly as they become more regulated daily, expanding their window of tolerance utilizing bronze tapping, 20 minutes daily
  • Overall, decrease in stress and anxiety
  • Overall, increase in clarity and focus

To assist Candace, please pass along this information to adults that fit the criteria and to helping professionals who deal with adults fitting these criteria.  This could include individual medical professionals, mental health professionals, wellness practitioners, education professionals, social workers, coaches, as well as organizations that support such adults.   Note that no familiarity with EFT/tapping is required. There is no cost to be included in this study.

Please ask them to contact Candace at info@candacefox.com.  If you have any questions about this research study or its Inclusion Criteria, or have supportive ideas for where Candace may locate candidates, please contact her at the email above.
