It’s hard to put into words the changes I’ve experienced in my process of becoming a certified and accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner NeftTI/AAMET. They have been subtle and yet also very profound.

To look at the journey from the outside, I’m sure it looked quite pedestrian, another set of benchmarks to hit, new clients to work with, and Nancy’s unwavering mentorship.

On the inside there was a profound shift. It was the shift from seriously believing and understanding the effectiveness of EFT for me, to seriously believing and understanding the effectiveness of EFT for those that I work with. It was also the shift from living in “theory and personal use” to committing to a practice for others’ use.

This process changed me.

Every level, every stage, every deeper understanding of what it means to do this work and support people in their own work is incredibly moving and humbling. I can’t imagine where’d I’d be right now if I hadn’t found EFT, this incredible learning centre and the accompanying larger supportive community.

…and clients!!

The people I work with are always evolving and changing. I am realizing more and more that my “people” are those who struggle to say “no”.

This is a path I myself have walked.

I know what it feels like to be exhausted and trapped in a life that works for everyone else, but not for me. I help my clients to see that their inability to say no is having a profound impact not only on the quality of their lives, but also on their physical health.

We gently work toward changing thoughts, habits and beliefs so that they can experience happiness, more confidence, and the ability not only to say “no” but to choose “no” or “yes” from a place of freedom and choice.
