Becoming an EFT Master Trainer

Before I discovered EFT and the language of energy psychology, my experience with energy was limited. I had it or I didn’t. I liked some people’s energy; some people liked mine. In my limited experience, energy was like a good haircut or great shoes: it got you where you wanted to go.

After I discovered EFT, I began to understand how limited this view of energy is. I began experimenting with my energy by using EFT’s specific protocols and soon learned how malleable my energies (lots of differing kinds and not just a generic ‘get-up-and-go’ fuel) are, how I can shift and change my energy patterns, and in doing so, shift and change my core beliefs and important relationships. This initial energy work provided a vitally nourishing method of connecting with myself and others.

Now, after completing the current leg of my EFT journey, I find the Master Trainer’s program increased the efficacy of my own self-care, as it supported my desire to share the EFT protocols under AAMET’s certification and accreditation umbrellas.

In my experience, almost everyone wants to feel more in charge of their emotions and to have reliable tools to return to centre after the inevitable upsets of life. With informed and mindful practice, EFT meets this desire.

While my new Master Trainer qualifications assure my continued growth in EFT self-care and teaching effectiveness, this new status also supports the realization of a long-held dream: intimate weekend gatherings for professionals who are ready to immerse themselves in
physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual practices – including EFT – supporting personal and planetary healing.

I can think of no better way to spend my time. Thank you, Nancy! Your high standards and loving guidance made the Master Trainer journey both a challenge and a joy.
